Offered to all seniors living in all local communiteis at the Berkley Council of Aging.
Classes are currently being held at Myricks Methodist Church.  Feel free to call or email for more information. Class fee is donation based

WEDNESDAY 
10:00 am -11:00 pm
 Beginner Yoga Flow

6:30pm-7:30 pm Beginner Hatha Yoga Flow-this class runs in 4 week sessions at Active Health Massage Therapy & Fitness, 174 Dean Street, Taunton, MA.   Call Lori at 508-207-8027 to learn more and reserve your space.

THURSDAY
7:00 pm Introduction to Astanga Yoga-Short Form
Ashtanga (Sanskrit for "eight-limbed") Yoga is an ancient system of yoga popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois. Ashtanga is different from many yoga classes in the west in that the order of poses is predefined. The practice, designed to detoxify the body, is in three main parts: an opening sequence, primary series poses, and the finishing sequence.  Just as in all yoga classes, Ashtanga ends with savasana, or resting pose.


SATURDAY
8:00 am - 9:00 am
Mixed Level Yoga Flow

Please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before the start of class. Dress in comfortable clothes.  And let your instructor know of any injuries or restrictions.

Mats are available.  You're welcome to bring a blanket & eye pillow for final relaxation!
