In this class you'll spend long periods of time lying on blankets and bolsters, passively allowing muscles to relax in supportive yoga poses. By allowing the body to let go, physiological changes can occur to help reduce stress. You'll leave class refreshed and with a lavender scented eye pillow to further your meditative trance.

INTRODUCTION TO HENNA (MENDHI ART)
Learn what henna is and how to use it. We show you how to mix it yourself, apply and let you leave with a personal design of your own.
Henna is a natural substance that's been used for centuries to create beautiful, temporary designs on the body - an art form that is called Mendhi. Mendhi has been a long standing tradition stemming from many ancient cultures dating back as far as about 5,000 years, but is best known for its history in India. Henna tattoos are still used in religious and wedding ceremonies in India, but these days, it is applied in other countries as a beautiful art to be appreciated at any time.
